DESCRIPTION: Complete renovation and upgrade to Floors 1-5 in a 25+ year old building due to storm damage, spanning 280,000 SF. Scope of work featured renovation to the Children’s Area, College Depot, and Rare Books Room. The project featured heavy coordination with many stakeholders, advanced phasing and scheduling, and full tenant improvements to existing areas. This project is known as the City’s Flagship Library, and is award winning.
