DESCRIPTION: Also known as University Business Park, this project added four new shell building additions to an existing industrial building complex. In total, 65,933 SF of additional space was constructed for future warehouse and office space. Key services featured heavy coordination with utility owners, extensive site work improvements, and the completion of all construction activities amongst a tight, compact and active operating facility. In addition, Brycon also completed tenant improvements inside one of the newly built buildings.
