DESCRIPTION: This was a large tenant improvement project to create a new corporate office and distribution center for Unical Aviation who relocated from California. Scope of work featured 25,000 SF of office space, 40,000 SF of air conditioned warehouse, and then an additional 535,000 SF of warehouse space for storage. Advanced efforts by the Brycon team allowed the schedule to be reduced by 8 weeks!
