DESCRIPTION: This project was the second part of a two-phase project on the Main Campus of Central New Mexico Community College (CNM). The 10,898 SF building formerly housing the bookstore was remodeled, and then expanded by 8,955 SF. The facility has 4 brewhouses, 4 wine vessels, 12 fermenting vessels, hot and cold liquor tanks, and a distillery “still”. CNM Catering & Brewing Facility also has an explosive-proof barrel storage where they will be storing spirits and a large wine library in their sensory classroom that simulates a bar with taps brewed by students.
