DESCRIPTION: Brycon has completed renovations to the Community Center for the City of Avondale. This included both interior and exterior renovations of an existing building. The shell of the existing facility stayed, as the interior was demolished. Site improvements included a new parking lot, along with new sidewalks, retaining walls, landscaping, and patio space with a new shade sail. The new 12,000 SF facility includes a multi-purpose room, serving kitchen, reception area, E-Sports room which features a video wall with eight 55” TVs, game room, arts and crafts room, staff offices and a conference room. The project featured great collaboration between the City, Brycon and Swan Architects, Inc. The community is really excited for this new enhancement in the neighborhood.
