DESCRIPTION: Brycon performed a phased tenant improvement project to allow expansion of the company’s operational and manufacturing space. The project provided office and service areas, manufacturing and testing space, storage, and an added truck bay. The scope included significant HVAC upgrades to support the installation of a Class 1000 cleanroom. Brycon also performed tool demolition at the company’s former location and tool installation at the new Fab 1 facility.
