DESCRIPTION: Brycon, along with Deutsch Architectural Group, in a Design-Build arrangement, renovated this 460,000 SF manufacturing facility for Sub-Zero | Wolf. This $19.8 million renovation and tenant improvement project converted an open warehouse into a manufacturing/warehouse facility, complete with an interior two-story office space, central utility plant with chiller, foam and compressors rooms, structural concrete and steel support systems, and state of the art mechanical and electrical upgrades.
In 2016, Sub-Zero began expanding its existing manufacturing operations with a $23 million, 250,000 SF addition. This Design-Build project with Archicon, increased the existing facility completed by Brycon in 2011, to over 700,000 SF.
