DESCRIPTION: Brycon completed the Tenant Improvement to convert existing warehouse space for Stericycle’s new production/office facility. Scope included equipment installation, mechanical, plumbing, new offices, locker rooms, and restrooms. The production space consisted of an air compressor, compactor, conveyor system, sharps washers, autoclaves, and boilers.
