DESCRIPTION: Brycon was responsible for all aspects of this Design-Build tenant improvement project consisting of a new 16,000 SF cleanroom with equipment and material handling mezzanine, Mold Maintenance Room with material mezzanine, and a compressor room.
Brycon self-performed structural metal stud framing and decking, architectural finishes, electrical and plumbing – and subcontracted concrete, structural steel, HVAC, controls and glazing.
