DESCRIPTION: This multi-phased project involved work within a highly-sensitive and hazardous environment, installing flammable and explosive gases for a new state-of-the-art sterilizer for the sterilization of medical equipment. The facility remained operational during renovation, which required extensive mechanical and electrical enhancements, process piping, an ethylene oxide detection system, and implementation of explosion-proof devices, doors and wall panels, all while keeping the existing sterilizer operational.
