LOCATION: New Mexico
DESCRIPTION: Brycon renovated four traditional homes for the Pueblo of Sandia. We maintained the historical and cultural integrity of the original structures, while adding modern features as required. These projects were sensitive in nature due to high-visibility locations and significance within the Pueblo. We maintained the schedule despite traditional and ceremonial events that affected the working hours. The homeowner temporarily relocated while Brycon phased each housing project. We exceeded the homeowner’s expectations, and they are very pleased with the results.
