DESCRIPTION: Brycon performed the renovation of Marriott Canyon Villa’s pool area including the resurfacing of the main pool, lap pool and spas. Scope consisted of the demolition of existing flagstone and concrete, palm trees, and fencing around the pool hut. Ornamental upgrades included new wrought iron fencing, refinished pool hut walls, resurfaced decking, and the painting and patching of existing decorative rock features.
