DESCRIPTION: Brycon completed work on Tuba City Regional Health Care’s new apartment complex. Brycon provided services that included Design-Assist, constructability reviews, estimates, and value engineering. Addressing a pressing need for staff housing, the facility consists of 36-units in three, two-story buildings. Brycon installed all civil and architectural infrastructure. Brycon identified $450,000 in cost savings and with efficient scheduling, completed the project 45 days early.
