DESCRIPTION: New construction of a building on an occupied campus. The project consisted of site preparation, utility identification/extensions, four kindergarten classrooms, art/music room, lobby, in-classroom kitchen, amphitheater, and play area. The project achieved LEED Gold Certification. Because of Brycon’s performance and high-quality work on the Kindergarten Addition, we were awarded owner-added scope at the school—the demolition and renovation of the existing kitchen.
