DESCRIPTION: Curtiss Wright consolidated all equipment & tools from three other Curtiss Wright manufacturing facilities across the nation into one building in Gilbert, Arizona. The schedule was broken down into a four-phase format with drawings, pricing and construction build-out in a fast-track delivery format. Phase 1 consisted of temporary walls, life safety, HVAC and a TCO to occupy a small area to accommodate an early tool/equipment delivery within the first 10 days after the prime contract was issued. Phase 2 consisted of approximately 25,000 SF of New Office Space construction. Phase 3 included the architectural, electrical and mechanical infrastructure for the Production Area and Phase 4 completed the final Tool Fit-up Install.
