DESCRIPTION: This Design-Build project consisted of developing 80,000 SF of an empty shell building for eight plastics IMM molding machines. The project included a new 3000A electrical service, new gas service, new 2.5” water service, isolation concrete pads to support equipment weighing 160,000 lbs each, and four new 54’ tall steel silos to deliver resin to the molding machines, compressed air system and electrical distribution, new office finishes plus a small office addition to the existing improvements.
