DESCRIPTION: This Blake’s Lotaburger project was a ground-up construction of a 3,498 SF restaurant on the site of a previous Blake’s Lotaburger that had been demolished after a fire. The new construction required some demolition of remaining utilities and construction of a new restaurant pad, along with installation of new utilities and related site work. The steel-framed and masonry project included installation of owner-furnished kitchen equipment.
