OwnerPueblo of Sandia

Brycon completed the 10,000 SF facility providing the Pueblo of Sandia's Police Department a permanent facility, which had been a vision of the Pueblo for more than 20 years. The new location also serves as an additional resource for the local law enforcement community, from within the reservation's boundaries, to neighboring communities and to assist with police officer emergencies.
The new $2.7 million facility consists of a public lobby, public briefing and community room, executive conference room, training room, evidence storage, armory, men and women's locker rooms, three-vehicle bay garage, and secured parking for officers and staff.
This facility features:
Exposed cast-in-place colored concrete
Glazed load-bearing concrete masonry units
Precast concrete window boxes
Exposed structural steel
Glass curtain walls
Two-tiered flat roof deck
