Wrigley Mansion Club

A Registered National Landmark, this 16,850 square foot mansion was built by chewing-gum magnate William Wrigley, Jr. in 1929. BRYCON restored the mansion’s blend of Spanish Colonial Revival, Californian Monterey and Mediterranean architectural styles. The 4,500 square foot project consisted of demolition of the existing soft enclosure and the new construction of perimeter walls and roof. The Lounge, originally one-level, was expanded to incorporate a second story balcony and new VIP area.
