OwnerThe Wrigley Mansion Club

A Registered National Landmark and "Phoenix Point of Pride," this 16,850 square foot mansion was built by chewing-gum magnate William Wrigley, Jr. in 1929. BRYCON restored the mansion's blend of Spanish Colonial Revival, Californian Monterey and Mediterranean architectural styles. This fast track renovation and addition to the existing Veranda and Lounge of the Wrigley Mansion Club had phased completion dates to accommodate pre-booked events. The 4,500 square foot project consisted of demolition of the existing soft enclosure and the new construction of perimeter walls and roof. The Lounge, originally one-level, was expanded to incorporate a second story balcony and new VIP area.
