3+ Years’ Experience as a skilled trades recruiter
– Proven work experience as a skilled trades recruiter
– Bachelor’s Degree
– Excellent writing and communication skills
– Ability to conduct various types of interviews
– Hands-on experience with various selection processes
– Implement overall recruiting strategy
